International Meet

Today' training was tiring yet fun. All of us coincidentally wore training attires of different countries. Seriously not planned at all! I wore Indonesian attire, Dickson wore Thailand colours, Calvin wanted to be in Hong Kong colours. The girls also have thier own colours. Jannah wore Brunei while mariam wore vietnam. Only Matthew represented with Singapore colours. It's funny to see each other pretending to compete against each other. We did sprints before going for gym. Did core strengthening exercises and benchpress for me :)


After training felt really tired and slept the whole afternoon before going for work.
